These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of LaunchLit (launchlit.app), a web-based tool that generates Amazon KDP metadata packages for authors and publishers. By using LaunchLit, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
LaunchLit provides AI-generated Amazon KDP metadata packages including title and subtitle combinations, backend keywords, advertising keywords, opening hooks, category suggestions, and competitive positioning statements. The service is delivered on a pay-per-use basis at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Due to the digital and immediately delivered nature of the service, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once a metadata package has been generated. If you experience a technical failure that prevents generation from completing, please contact us at hello@launchlit.app within 48 hours and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
You retain full rights to use the generated metadata outputs for your own publishing projects. LaunchLit grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, modify, and publish the outputs generated for you. You may not resell the raw outputs as a standalone product or represent them as generated by a human.
LaunchLit generates metadata using AI based on patterns of what has historically performed well on Amazon. The service does not guarantee specific search rankings, sales outcomes, or Amazon approval of any metadata. Amazon's algorithm changes frequently and results may vary. The outputs are provided as informed recommendations, not guaranteed outcomes.
LaunchLit does not provide real-time Amazon search volume data. Outputs are based on Claude AI's trained knowledge of publishing patterns and are not sourced from live Amazon data unless explicitly stated.
You agree not to use LaunchLit to:
The LaunchLit name, brand, interface, and system prompts are proprietary. The AI-generated outputs produced for you are yours. LaunchLit retains no claim over outputs delivered to paying users.
LaunchLit does not store the book concepts, reader descriptions, or competitor titles you input. Inputs are sent directly to the Anthropic API for processing and are not retained by LaunchLit after the generation is complete. Payment data is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy and is not accessible to LaunchLit.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LaunchLit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost sales, lost revenue, or poor Amazon performance. LaunchLit's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific generation run in question.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from use of LaunchLit shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
LaunchLit reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available at launchlit.app. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
